Stay in touch with radio

In PR, one of the frustrating aspects of selling in and setting up a radio interview with a regional radio station is that you don’t get to hear the result in real time.

Many programme researchers and producers are helpful in sourcing links or tapes later, but it is clearly an inconvenience for them and you are largely dependent on their goodwill.

But now your troubles could be over. Download the Grab Radio App from the iTunes App store and you can listen to those interviews as they happen.

The Grab Radio app for Ireland and UK currently streams around 55 Irish national, regional and community stations. It also has multiple stations from about 30 UK cities. It costs €1.59. There is also a Grab Radio World at the same price but I haven’t tried that yet.

To sample Grab Radio download Grab Radio World Lite for free and you can check out just how it works for you.
